The implementation of Government Regulation No. 24 of 2018 on Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services (“PP 24/2018”) regarding the OSS system shall be managed under Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (“BKPM”). According to the the Kemenko Perekonomian letter dated 21 December 2018, as of 2 January 2019 the OSS system will be directly managed and handled by BKPM.
Following the transition, the location of the OSS lounge, which serve as a helpdesk for OSS system will be moved to BKPM office at Jalan Gatot Subroto No. 44 Jakarta Selatan 12190.
