The Singapore Convention Week (SC Week) is back! This signature event, organized by the Singapore Ministry of Law (MinLaw) in partnership with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), has been a key platform since 2019 for discussing cutting-edge trends in dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation, and litigation.
This year’s theme, “Separating Disruptions from Distractions in an Evolving World,” will explore how emerging technologies and strategic foresight can be harnessed to thrive amidst continuous change.
