Obligation of Workplace Post-PSBB

1. 1. Pay attention to information and updatepolicies and procedures related to COVID-19 inaccordance with the latest developments.
   2. Oblige all workers to wear mask in places such:(a) workplace, (b) work trip, (c) outside home.
   3. Providing workers’ rights in isolation and independent quarantine.
   4. Prohibiting entry of workers / visitors who show symptoms of COVID-19
   5. Measuring body temperature (screening) at each entry point of the workplace.
   6. Provides a separate area/room for observation of workers who show symptoms during screening.
   7. Ensuring hygiene and sanitation to the work environment.
   8. Cleans the work area every 4 hours.
   9. Engaging in workplace engineering to prevent transmission of COVID-19.
   10. Ensuring workers or visitors to fill out form 1 (COVID-19 risk self-assessment form).
   11. Ensure physical distancing (min. 1 meter distance).
   12. Set the number of workers who enter the building/office.
   13. Require workers who have done a business trip from COVID-19 affected countries / regions to carry out independent quarantine and self-monitoring at home for 14 days.
   14. Report and coordinate with the local Public Health Service or Public Health Office, if workers meet the OTG, ODP, PDP, or COVID-19 Confirmation criteria.

Workers Obligation in Workplace Post-PSBB

1. 1. Wash your hands with soap and running water immediately upon arrival
   2. Use your elbows to open the door and press the elevator button.
   3. Do not crowd and keep a distance on the elevator with their backs to each other.
   4. Clean the table / work area with disinfectant.
   5. Try not to touch the facilities /equipment that are shared in the work area, use a hand sanitizer.
   6. Maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter from coworkers.
   7. Do not shake hands.
   8. Wear mask.
