Middle Associate

Location: Jakarta
Work type: Full time

Role summary:
Lead and support matters in white-collar defence, investigations, and regulatory enforcement, as well as admiralty, construction, and complex commercial disputes. Work closely with litigation, arbitration, and corporate teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage cases from strategy to execution before courts or arbitral tribunals

• Draft pleadings, submissions, legal opinions, and internal investigation reports

• Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis

• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and regulators

• Guide junior associates and interns on daily tasks

Qualifications:

• Law graduate, PERADI qualified and registered

• Minimum 4 years PQE in white-collar crime, investigations, and regulatory enforcement

• Proven handling of fraud, corruption, corporate misconduct, or similar complex matters

• Exposure or interest in technology matters such as data breaches, cybercrime, or tech compliance

• Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English, written and spoken

• Fast learner, collaborative, strong work ethic

Legal Internship

Location: Jakarta
Work type: Full WFO

Placement tracks:

Responsibilities:

• Legal research, case digests, and regulatory monitoring

• Assist with litigation documents or sectoral maritime research

• Case administration and client presentation materials

• Draft short memos and meeting notes

Qualifications:

• Final-year law student with no remaining class attendance, or recent LL.B. graduate

• Demonstrated interest or strong academic background aligned with the chosen track

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Growth or Business Development Staff

Location: Jakarta

Role summary:
Drive firm growth, manage BD initiatives, and strengthen brand through content and external programmes.

What you will do:

• Support the journey from lead identification to long-term partnerships

• Contribute to global legal submissions and projects that showcase the firm’s expertise

• Create content for social media, website, and client communications

• Help design digital campaigns that expand reach and engagement

• Assist in organising national and international webinars, conferences, and training

• Collaborate with managers, partners, and stakeholders on high-impact initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Law, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in BD, marketing, client relations, or similar roles
  (strong fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media management, and CRM is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, creative, solution-oriented

Qualifications:
