We are delighted to share that our Head of Advisory and Commercial Transaction practice group, Agnes Wulandari, along with her team member Marcel Raharja, recently had the honor of speaking at the Workshop for Designers organized by Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Indonesia. The event has active participation from members of the Indonesian Graphic Design Association (ADGI) and Asosiasi Profesional Desain Komunikasi Visual.

Our presentation focused on “Proses dan Legalitas Bisnis dalam Pengadaan Jasa Design,” where we shed light on the intricate processes and legalities involved in procuring design services. Our team highlighted essential aspects such as contract drafting, intellectual property rights, and compliance with local regulations, providing the participants with a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework that supports their creative endeavors.
