    Tanya Widjaja Kusumah has been actively involved the development of the Legal Compliance and Governance practice group at AP Law. She has advised local and international clients in various industries on different corporate actions and contract negotiations. She was involved in the establishment of the first online taxi at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, representing a private transportation service company in the negotiation for the joint cooperation. Other notable cases include representing a Japanese network provider in a contract negotiation with an Indonesian entity as a supplier for a prestigious regional sporting event. She also advised a state-owned holding company on the establishment of a governance risk compliance framework in contribution to the Indonesian government’s effort to strengthen the role of state-owned enterprises in its medium-term plan. Tanya was listed as one of Hukum Online’s NeXGen Lawyers in 2020. She is a graduate of the Atma Jaya Catholic University where she obtained her Bachelor of Law in Economic and Business Law. While continuing to climb the ladder as a leader in the legal sector, she cooks a lot and takes great interest in the development of telecommunication in society.
